- Assist your family to agree to your health care decisions.
- Advocate for and enforce all of your medical directives.
- Refer you to competent legal counsel to prepare wills and trusts.
- Refer you to specialized legal professionals for disability benefits.
Medical Referrals
- Make recommendations for in-home care, assisted living and rehab facilities.
- Referral to Health and Wellness coaches, specialty health practitioners and others to further your treatment goals.
